According to ¡°The enterprise law of foreign businessman investment of People's Republic of China¡± and the relevant laws and regulations, Zhejiang Tide Cropscience Co. Ltd, which was established in Paojiang industrial area, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. It is sanctioned to be agrochemical manufacturer by the State Economic and Trade Commission on March, 2003. Our company is one of the fundamental manufacturer of the Tide Group.
The legal address of Zhejiang Tide CropScience Co., Ltd. is in Road 1, Mahai industry area, Paojiang industrial area, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province; it covers an area of 106,179M2 and the area of construction is 67,944 M2 and is planned in two stages. The general headquarters and selling department is in, 7th/F , Anno Domini Building ,Tower South , 8 Qiushi Road , Hangzhou and is a limited liability company. The range of business includes fine chemical industry, medicine intermediates, and the development, production and selling of high efficiency, low toxic, low residue remaining agrochemicals of new variety. The development of our company aimed at international market, absorbing foreign capitals, introducing advanced technique, equipment and scientific methods of management, making use of raw materials and labor force to develop product varieties and enhance the efficiency of production, opening up international market in order to get win-win situational economic benefits.
Our company has equipment of modern production, examination and analyses, environmental protection, self-control, etc.; it also has the center of R&D with complete equipment and powerful technology and has stronger ability to develop, study, research and design new products. In addition, it has established long-term, friendly and cooperative relationship with authorized science research group from domestic and abroad, university and college. The products developed are mainly herbicide, plant growth regulator, and also fungicide , insecticide. Through two years effort, our company has already researched and developed the products including Triasulfuron, Rimsulfuron, Ethoxysulfuron, Haloxyfo-p-methyl, Fluazifop-p-butyl and Trinexapac-ethyl. Triasulfuron is gotten the new product technique qualification certificate of Zhejiang province in 2003. Its advanced technical procedure got the good evaluation by the experts in Zhejiang province. In addition, it is the first one of the product which obtains three certificates in our country.
